By using this website (ride2kusadasi.com) or booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully before purchasing a service.
1. Parties and Scope of Service
This agreement is made between Günışığı Seyahat Taşımacılık Turizm İnşaat Ticaret Limited Şirketi (TÜRSAB ID: 13217) (hereinafter referred to as "Ride2Kusadasi") and the "Customer" who purchases transfer or tour services. Ride2Kusadasi is obligated to provide transportation services with VIP vehicles between the locations specified by the customer.
2. Booking and Customer Responsibilities
- The customer is obliged to provide complete and accurate information during booking, including flight number, pick-up time, number of passengers, and contact details. Ride2Kusadasi is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information.
- The customer should schedule the pick-up time to arrive at the airport at least 3 hours before international flights and 2 hours before domestic flights.
3. Waiting Times
- Airport Pick-ups: Our driver will wait for you free of charge for up to 60 minutes after your flight lands. Flight delays are tracked by our system, and no extra fee is charged for delayed flights.
- Hotel/Address Pick-ups: Our driver will wait at your address for a maximum of 15 minutes from the scheduled pick-up time. Exceeding this time may result in a "No-Show" status.
4. Luggage and Vehicle Capacity
Each passenger is allowed 1 standard suitcase and 1 handbag. Oversized items such as strollers, wheelchairs, or sports equipment must be specified in the "Notes" section during booking. Otherwise, an extra vehicle may be required for luggage that does not fit, at the customer's expense.
5. Force Majeure
Ride2Kusadasi cannot be held legally liable for delays or missed flights resulting from unforeseen circumstances such as heavy traffic, extreme weather conditions, roadworks, or accidents.
