Cancellation, Refund and Modification Policy

At Ride2Kusadasi, we offer flexible cancellation policies to keep customer satisfaction at the highest level. The cancellation or modification of the service you purchased is subject to the following conditions:

1. Free Cancellation

All cancellation requests made up to 24 hours before your scheduled transfer or tour time are completely free of charge. If you paid online (via credit card), 100% of your payment will be refunded to your card without any deductions.

2. Late Cancellations

  • For cancellations made between 12 and 24 hours before the service time, a 50% deduction of the total service fee will be applied, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
  • For cancellations made less than 12 hours before the service time, no refunds will be issued due to vehicle allocation and operational costs.

3. Modification Requests

You can report any changes to the date, time, or route regarding your booking to our Customer Service (via WhatsApp or Email) free of charge up to 12 hours before the transfer time. If a route change results in a distance difference, the price will be updated accordingly.

4. No-Show Policy

If our driver waits at the designated pick-up point (60 minutes after landing for the airport, 15 minutes for Hotel/Address) and the customer cannot be reached or does not show up, it is considered a "No-Show". In No-Show situations, payments are strictly non-refundable.

5. Refund Process

Approved refund requests are processed by our company and sent to the bank within 24 hours. Depending on your bank's processing times, it may take 3 to 7 business days for the refunded amount to reflect on your credit card or bank account.
